Guests are within walking distance to the beach and Gregory Park. Enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces, including two oversized decks, one overlooking the Gulf and the other with a peaceful park view. The home features two primary suites, each with a private bathroom, walk in closet, and direct balcony access, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. In each suite you will also find oversized plush chairs, perfect for curling up with a cup of coffee and a great book! The third bedroom offers two full sized beds and a walk in closet while the fourth bedroom comes with four queen beds (bunks) for the family to be able to spread out but still be together. In the bunk room, guests will also find books for children and teens as well as an arcade game of Mortal Kombat and flatscreen TV! Bedrooms three and four have access to the full hall bathroom where there is a dual vanity, and shower/tub combo. Each bedroom and bathroom has plenty of linens and towels for each guest as well as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Guests will also find portable fans to use during their stay in each bedroom. In the laundry room you will find a full sized washer and dryer along with extra amenities such as laundry pods, stain remover, and dryer sheets. This is also where you will find extra beach towels and beach bags for your day out in the sun and sand. The home offers an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area so guests can gather together. The living area has an L-shaped couch as well as additional chair seating for guests to sit while they enjoy watching TV on the big screen, or gathering around to play one of the many games that are provided such as cards, poker, Monopoly, Cards for Humanity, etc. The dining area has a huge dining table for families to gather around for dinner or just simply to sit and enjoy each others company. The house also comes with a high chair so little travelers can have their own spot for meal time as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, residential refrigerator, and dish washer. Guests also have access to small appliances such as a waffle maker, crockpot, rice maker, toaster, and blender. And it doesn't stop there! Each cabinet is stocked full of everything you need to make a meal. From several sets of mixing bowls, baking dishes, a full set of pots and pans to full set dinnerware for each guest as well as dinnerware for children. And don't forget about the coffee bar (possibly the most important part). Whether you enjoy your coffee by the cup or the entire pot, the Keurig dual K-cup/carafe style coffee maker does the job! The house also comes with a starter kit of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer conveniently stocked for guests to use. Outside you will find plenty of seating on the upper balcony that includes an oversized daybed, four sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, and chairs outside of each suite for guests to drink their morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The balcony faces the Gulf so you are able to hear the waves and catch the cool ocean breeze anytime of the day! At night make sure to catch the stars as well! Downstairs, you will find the seven person Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, Fire pit, two hammocks and plenty of extra seating for everyone! While you are staying, enjoy all of the games that come with the house that include Corn Hole, Ladder Toss, Ring Toss, and a Pickleball/BadMinton Game, and more! The fourth bathroom, which is a half bath, is conveniently located off the patio for guest use. Stored in the bathroom downstairs guests will find everything they need for the beach, including chairs, loungers, two beach carts, an umbrella as well as an oversized canopy, a cooler, bluetooth speaker, and plenty of sand toys for the kiddos!
