These policies are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors. ❈ Respect for Neighbors & Parties This is a family-friendly beach community with full-time residents nearby. Parties, excessive noise, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If you are planning a party or large celebration, this is not the appropriate property. ❈ Occupancy Limit The maximum occupancy is 16 guests unless explicitly approved in advance. Exceeding the approved guest count is a violation of house rules and may result in reporting to the booking platform and possible cancellation of the reservation. ❈ Age Requirement The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must have a valid government-issued photo ID on file with the booking platform. ❈ Pet Policy Only dogs allowed. If bringing dogs, please ensure they are added to your reservation so the pet fee is properly applied. To help us maintain a clean and comfortable home: • Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture • Dogs should be crate-trained if left unattended in the home • Dogs may not be left alone unless secured in a crate you provide • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any related damage. Homes that allow pets vary widely, and we appreciate your help keeping our beach house in great condition for all guests.
